Project: Support for Israeli At-Risk Youth (Grades 1-6)
Location: Rehovot, Israel
Mission: Science, Discovery, and Hakarat HaTov
I. EXPOSURE: The Wonder of Creation
- The Vision: Providing At-Risk Children (Grades 1-6) with a glimpse into Israel’s world-class innovation at the Weizmann Institute.
- The Activity: Students became "Young Researchers," conducting hands-on chemistry and physics experiments.
- The Joy: A workshop creating "Scientific Ice Cream"—turning complex laws of nature into a sweet, tangible blessing.
- Goal: Building self-esteem and hope for children from vulnerable backgrounds, showing them their potential as part of the Nation of Israel.
II. SPIRITUAL CORE: Hakarat HaTov (H.H.T.)
- Definition: "Recognizing the Good" – the Jewish and Biblical value of active gratitude.
- Application: Teaching students to see the Hand of God in scientific wonders and the kindness of C4I Canada supporters.
- Perspective: Shifting from a "survival mindset" to a heart of thankfulness, reinforcing that they are loved by friends globally (Isa. 49:22).
III. IMPACT & COVENANT (C4I Canada Mission)
- Breaking the Cycle: Moving children from "At-Risk" to "Inspired" through high-level education.
- Biblical Connection: Fulfilling the call to Bless Israel (Gen. 12:3) by investing in its most precious resource—its children.
- The Result: A day of pure joy, curiosity, and a deepened sense of belonging to the miracle of the modern State of Israel.
It all could happened as a volunteer for a year worked with this children and wished to arrange a special departure party .Her father is a scientist and they all had kind of experience.
We only helped with the transportation.
